As Director at IJK Capital Partners Lorenz is leading several cross-border business development projects and private equity investments.

Lorenz has a proven track record in corporate value creation through 10+ years in executive roles (CFO) and as management consultant. Before IJK Capital Partners he was CFO and a member of the restructuring management at venturetec mechatronics GmbH, a niche aerospace supplier and slip ring manufacturer for the medical industry. Lorenz also worked for A.T. Kearney as a management consultant in Beijing and Zurich, advising clients in market growth and transformation projects and for the Berndorf AG as consultant to the Board of Management in mergers & acquisitions related projects.

 

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in International Studies (China & Far East Asia) from the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in Finance from the University of St. Gallen. In addition, he is a candidate in the CFA program and speaks German, English and Mandarin.
